Potato Salad Suited for the Low-Fat Diet

Ingredients

Half     Rutabaga (s), 400 g
1     Shallot (s)
Half     Cucumber (s), with shell, but scrape out the seeds!
1     Chili pepper (s) or piri-piri
1 tbsp     Vinegar (wine vinegar)
1 tsp     Mustard (Dijon mustard) or more
1 tbsp     Miracle Whip balance 15% fat
    Salt and pepper
1/2 liter     Vegetable broth, granulated or liquid
possibly     Tomato (s) and
    Cucumber (s), acidic
    Garlic
    Chili

Preparation

Turnip cut into thick slices and then into strips and then dice. Lightly covered with vegetable broth and simmer! Not too soft, not too firm, about 15 - 20 Check minutes!

Drain the pieces and then a dressing of chopped shallot into rings, spices and green cucumber and crushed piri-piri peppers produce.
Beet pieces and mix with the salt and pepper!
A pinch Knofi, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard, possibly more, and 1 tablespoon Mirael Whip balance it.

For your own taste add the preferred spices that are important in the preparation for the potato salad!

Mix everything well and can pull through.
Fresh herbs refine the taste!
