40 g Cocoa powder

150 g Sweetener (erythritol or xylitol)

Preheat oven to 170 ° C.

Separate the eggs and beat egg whites beaten egg whites. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and together with the butter melt (eg in the microwave or water bath).
