Making Flash Freeze Dessert for a Diabetic.

Great dessert for weight loss and a diet without sugar


Ingredients:
250 g     Fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries or apricots
250 g     Natural yoghurt or quark
              Lemon juice to taste, Sweetener (liquid stevia), 10 times as sweet as sugar, is available from the health food store


Preparation:

Working time: about 5 min / Difficulty: easy / Condensing p. Fruit and yogurt in a blender, stir briefly, season with lemon juice and stevia and enjoy the almost frozen as ice in a cocktail glass.

Great ice for losing weight and staying lean.
