Hungarian version with Greek strike.
Ingredients:
3 large Pepper (s), red beautiful round
180 g Ground beef or steak tartare
120 g Feta cheese, light
100 g Rice, semi-cooked al dente 30 g crude
1 tbsp Oil (canola oil)
1 Ei (s)
1 tbsp Bread crumbs, as needed
1/2 tsp Vegetable broth, granulated
1 large Onion (s)
1 Garlic clove (s)
3/4 liters Tomato juice
Salt and pepper
Thyme stripped,
Paprika (red pepper)
Sugar
Chili
Cumin, ground
Herbs, fresh

Fat, cheese and meat can be increased in its demand, according to your own taste!
Dice the onion and garlic and fry in oil glassy
(If you want you can add vegetables of his choice for the sauce. Not to give the mince!!).
Hack mix with crumbled feta cheese and not too soft cooked rice, add the onion and season with Knofimasse all the spices to taste.
Admit to mix and harden resistance with grated bread 1 egg.
This should all be pretty tasty, as the spices go in the sauce!
Not necessarily give a few fresh herbs to the mince.
Fill the peppers with it and put it in a small pot. With tomato juice, which should be seasoned with garlic and chilli and pepper and granulated vegetable broth, fill to cover the peppers and leave the peppers in it simmer for 45 minutes!
Thicken with starch or puree the vegetables. Ready!
Serve with rice, pasta, potatoes and the rest of the sauce can be spooned soup with rice as, if not up spooning before.
With small round peppers can serve this as a soup with peppers and basil insert.
